How to Order - Guideline & Policies

Please message me on Facebook, Instagram, or via email to submit a request, or any questions. Payment for all orders is due before work will begin. Once payment is received, your place in the order queue is secured.

AVAILABLE FABRIC

To see the fabric I have available on hand in my inventory, please message me or check out the available fabric albums link below.

I try very hard to depict all fabric colors accurately, but please understand that all monitors are different (especially laptops!), and colors may vary.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the time of order. All orders are custom made and your place in the queue is not secure until payment is received. Orders may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks for completion. If you require your order sooner, please let me know and we can discuss a rush order. Please note there will be an additional fee for all rush orders.

Payment can be made through email transfers, or I can invoice you through paypal. Please let me know your preferred method of payment.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped using Canada Post or UPS. If you need special delivery, please contact me to arrange details. Generally, items are shipped tracked, with the exception of smaller items which are able to go lettermail. If you would prefer your smaller item to ship tracked, please let me know and be advised there will be an additional cost.

REFUND POLICY

I work really hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If you are not satisfied, you may return non-custom made items in my shop within 3 days of receiving the shipment for a refund (less shipping).

Custom items/Special order Items that are custom ordered or items that have fabrics that are special ordered or combination of fabrics not shown in my shop, upgraded bags, or changed sizes of bags cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! Please make sure you are happy with the custom bag description before you purchase.

LOST PACKAGES

I do not refund for lost packages and I am not responsible, or refund, for items not received due to an incorrect address or lost through the postal system.
