How to Order - Guideline & Policies
Custom order slots are released on the 1st of every month and require a $100 deposit that will go towards the final cost of your order.
Custom orders MUST include the purchase of at least one bag. Additional add-ons are welcome, including mini messenger bags, wallets, pouches, and some project bags.
I am always updating the bag styles available and I am happy to discuss a style that is not currently listed. Let’s make this exactly what you want!
HOW TO ORDER
On the 1st of every month I will release a set number of custom order slots on the website. Each slot requires a $100 deposit. Once purchased, I will reach out via email within 48 hours to discuss your order and confirm bag styles with any additions, add-ons, and fabric choices.
The $100 deposit paid when you purchased your custom order slot will be subtracted from the total cost of your order. The remaining amount will be set up as a custom listing on the website. You will have 5 days from notification of the listing to pay for your order. Your order will only be started once full payment is received. If final payment is not received within 5 days of being informed of the listing, you will forfeit your spot and deposit.
Orders can take between 4-8 weeks for completion. If you require your order sooner, please let me know and we can discuss a rush order. Please note there will be an additional fee for all rush orders.
Items are shipped using Canada Post. If you need special delivery, please contact me to arrange details. Items are shipped with tracking.
I work really hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If you are not satisfied, you may return non-custom made items in my shop within 3 days of receiving the shipment for a refund (less shipping).
Custom items/Special order Items that are custom ordered or items that have fabrics that are special ordered, upgraded bags, or changed sizes of bags cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! Please make sure you are happy with the custom bag description before you purchase.
I do not refund for lost packages and I am not responsible, or refund, for items not received due to an incorrect address or lost through the postal system.
